How to Treat Uterine Fibroids With Natural Medicine

You can do one of the following procedures to make herbal treatment for fibroids for your own.

·         Take 25 drops of vitex tincture 3 times a day at least for two months to help you shrink small fibroids. Over long-term use is better for better result.
·         To help shrink uterine fibroids, make a healing natural medicine tea. Combine 1 tsp. motherwort leaves, 1 tsp. burdock root, 1 tsp. wild yam rhizome, 1 tsp. cramp bark, 1/2 tsp. prickly ash bark, 1/2 tsp. mullein leaves, 1/2 tsp. ginger rhizome, 1/2 tsp. cleavers leaves, and 1 quart water. Boil the herbs and water, cover the mixture and let it to steep for at least 20 minutes. Drink at least 2 cups of this natural medicine tea daily.
·         Use castor oil compresses and applied it to your belly for 30 to 60 minutes by reapplying warm oil to the cloth every 10 minutes. Your painful symptoms will be relieved by the warmth of the compress.

·         Eliminate your swelling and painful symptoms of uterine fibroids by enjoying a hot sitz bath as often as you can. For a relaxing effect and increased healing you can add essential oils or sea salts to your sitz bath.
